Santa has been featured at the Staten Island Mall, NYC, the Dunedin Polar Express, Florida, the Glazer Museum and the historic Tampa Theatre in Tampa, the Fine Arts Museum in St. Petersburg, Sounded the opening Gong for the Tampa Bay Rays Christmas in July, provided workshops and stories for the Florida Storytelling Festival, and appeared at community tree lightings and hundreds of corporate, community and library events, plus hospitals, nursing homes, and personal visits. Education: Masters Degree, National College of Education (additional graduate work in Counseling Psychology and Gerontology), Certified by University of Wisconsin as a Group and Individual Story Facilitator for people with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
Background: Storyteller/Writer, Community College and University Educator, Healthcare Administrator, Executive Director of Storytellers of Old Tampa Bay, Founder of the St. Pete StoryFest, served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Storytelling Festival at Mt. Dora, Fl. and the Florida Storytellers Association, and is active with the Palm Tree Santa's and the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santa's.
